Why fund your wallet?

Your EsusuOnline wallet holds the money used for thrift slot contributions and payouts. You must have sufficient balance before your contribution due date, or your slot participation may be affected. Funding is quick, secure, and supports three payment providers.

What to do when funding fails

⚠️ If the gateway page shows an error or you are redirected back without a success message, your wallet was not charged. Check your transaction history — a "Failed" entry confirms no money left your account.
Try again — click Fund again and use the same or a different provider. Failed attempts do not affect your wallet balance.
ℹ️ If your bank debited you but your EsusuOnline balance didn't update, wait 5 minutes — some bank transfers take a moment. If the issue persists, contact support with your bank transaction reference.
