Trust Tier Explained

A clearer visual version of the trust-tier configuration that shows the full setup and explains what it means to a normal user. This page translates the admin matrix into plain language.

What users need to know

Your Trust Tier is your reputation level on EsusuOnline. It comes from your score, and your score comes from how you behave: paying contributions on time, completing slots, keeping KYC approved, and receiving good peer feedback. Higher tiers generally mean stronger credibility and access to larger slot limits.

What the stars mean

The stars are a simple visual summary of your trust level. One star means you are still building confidence. Six stars means you have a deep record of consistent and trusted platform activity.

Why tiers matter

Trust tiers are not just labels. They influence what kinds of slots you can create, how much exposure you can carry, and how much the platform considers you safe to operate with.

How Users Move Up or Down

How you move up

You gain points by completing KYC, joining slots, paying on time, finishing slot cycles, and receiving positive peer feedback. The more reliable your record becomes, the higher you climb.

On-time contributions are one of the most important long-term trust builders.

How you move down

You lose points when you pay late, default, abort slots as an owner, or receive poor community feedback. Repeated reliability issues can push you downward into a lower trust tier.

Late payments directly hurt trust and may also reduce what the platform lets you do.
5
